Our new 42,000 sq. ft. manufacturing, design and engineering center is centrally located in Grand Haven, Michigan. It is designed specifically for efficient manufacturing of custom extruded plastic profile and tubing components. Products are shipped world-wide in quantities from single boxes to full truck/container loads. We have a wide range of extrusion, co-extrusion and tri-extrusion lines from 1” to 3.5”. With this equipment combination, we can offer our customers very competitively priced products. Our extruders and downstream equipment feature energy efficient AC vector drives, which allows us to produce the tightest tolerance world class products for our customers. Profiles are produced up to 12” wide.
Iso-Trude engineers design our tools to meet your product needs. Our in house tool shop allows us to offer cost competitive tooling packages in very short lead times. The state of the art vacuum calibration tooling system we design and build, allows us to produce the cost competitive world class products consumers are requiring. For most materials we guarantee our tooling for a minimum of 2.5 million feet of product. In house tooling allows us to quickly make design changes or tool repairs so we can meet your production requirements. Our customers also appreciate the design and product security our in house tooling provides. They know they will be the first to market, and their designs will not be revealed to the global market prior to their product introduction.
